The completion and submission of this Registration Form by the Exhibitor indicates his/her agreement to participate in the exhibition.
Participation requires the full completion of the ONLINE Registration Form by the legal representative.
The Exhibitor will await confirmation from the Organizer regarding the designated space, not being able to choose or reserve the space without the Organizer's approval.
By completing the Registration Form, the Exhibitor confirms that he/she has understood and accepted the CONTRACTUAL TERMS.

Registration and marketing fee: 275 EURO

EVENT PARKING (1 car – 3 days)
an article containing the presentation of the company, published on the exhibition’s website, on its Facebook page and Instagram page
invitations and bracelets according to the ordered surface

The registration and marketing fee is mandatory and is invoiced in full upon signing the contract.

The space without construction INCLUDES THE ROMEXPO APPROVAL, but does not include any additional item; all desired supplements (wall-to-wall carpet, electricity, tables, chairs, spots, parking), must be ordered separately, on the basis of a request made available by the Organizer. The minimum rental space is 9 sqm (m2).

I want a 1m2 office (one curtain + one panel + one hanger)- OFFICE IS INCLUDED ONLY FOR STANDS WITH CONSTRUCTION - Otherwise, it can be ordered at an additional cost

The equipment of the standard stand includes walls along the contour (except for the free sides), a fascia board bearing the name of the company, wall-to-wall carpet and equipment, depending on the surface area. The minimum rental space is of 9 sqm.

The stands are optionally provided with a 1 sqm office (a curtain + a panel + a hanger).

The price for the construction of customized stands is determined on the basis of the work cost estimate, depending on the materials used.
